15 Welgemeend Street
No 15 Welgemeend Street is situated in the Gardens district, on the lower slopes of Table Mountain, just above the City Bowl. This beautifully restored Victorian Home, hosted by Liz and Trevor, dates back to when this area was a Farm supporting the passing sailing ships.

- Within walking distance of approx 20 restaurants.
Whilst no particular facilities are provided (except cots), families will find this a welcoming environment whether travelling with a baby or children old enough to be accommodated in the next door room.
Room Types
Two en-suite rooms (please note sit-down showers only) are available with King sized double bed or Twin Beds, private entrances and patios. Rooms also feature small fridge and tea / coffee making facilities and the Prince Albert Room also has a Fireplace.

Rate from approx £95 per adult sharing including breakfast (subject to change)
Family
- A cot can be placed in the room but no extra bed.
- Booking both rooms is an ideal solution for those with slightly older children not requiring interconnecting doors.
